Cheap and last-minute cruises from Philadelphia
On 3 November 2026 the lowest starting fare from Philadelphia was $549 per person, two sharing, with taxes and fees included, and the lowest per night was $61. Ships leave Philadelphia in every month on the schedule we track, so a last-minute cruise is possible all year, but Norwegian asks for full payment on any booking made within 120 days of sailing. Our fare records are too new to show whether waiting lowers a fare.

A low cruise fare from Philadelphia is a starting price for one person in the cheapest cabin listed, with a second person sharing. This guide shows where the low fares fall, what gets added on top, and what booking late means with Norwegian, the only line on the schedule.
We list fares and do not sell cruises. For the current lists, see cheap cruises, sorted by fare and by fare per night, and last-minute cruises, which shows every sailing in the next 60 days.
What are the cheapest cruises from Philadelphia?
Norwegian Pearl's 7-night Bermuda round trips and her 10-night Caribbean trips. When we wrote this on 3 November 2026, the lowest fare on the schedule was the 7-night Bermuda trip of 21 November 2026, followed by spring 2027 Bermuda trips and the 10-night Caribbean trip of 8 December 2026. On 3 November 2026 the lowest starting fare was $549 per person, two sharing, with taxes and fees included.
By length, these were the lowest fares on 3 November 2026:
| Length | Sailings | Lowest fare | Lowest per night |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 nights | 3 | $719 | $144 |
| 7 nights | 46 | $549 | $78 |
| 8 nights | 6 | $819 | $102 |
| 9 nights | 1 | $1,279 | $142 |
| 10 nights | 11 | $609 | $61 |
| 11 nights | 12 | $1,029 | $94 |
| 12 nights | 2 | $899 | $75 |
| 14 nights | 1 | $1,269 | $91 |
Each figure is the lowest at that length, so the figures come from different months and routes. When we wrote this, the lowest 5-night fare was above the lowest 7-night and 10-night fares, so the shortest trip was not the cheapest. The short cruises guide covers the 5-night trips.
Which cruises from Philadelphia cost least per night?
The winter Caribbean trips. When we wrote this on 3 November 2026, the lowest fare per night was Pearl's 10-night Caribbean trip of 8 December 2026, ahead of the cheapest 7-night Bermuda trips, because a similar fare is spread over three more nights. On 3 November 2026 the lowest per night from Philadelphia was $61.
By route, these were the lowest on 3 November 2026:
| Route | Sailings | Lowest fare | Lowest per night |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bermuda | 49 | $549 | $78 |
| Caribbean | 19 | $609 | $61 |
| Bahamas | 6 | $819 | $102 |
| Canada and New England | 7 | $1,279 | $124 |
| Europe, one way to Barcelona | 1 | $1,269 | $91 |
The Bahamas trips are 8 nights and call at Port Canaveral in Florida as well as the islands. When we wrote this they cost more per night than the 10-night Caribbean trips.
Canada and New England cost the most per night, and most of those trips end in Quebec City. On 3 November 2026 the one-way trips to Quebec City started at $1,279 and the round trips at $1,439. We do not price flights, so add the trip home before you compare, and see the Canada and New England guide.
Which months have the lowest cruise fares from Philadelphia?
In 2027, the spring Bermuda months and January. When we wrote this on 3 November 2026, Pearl's Thursday Bermuda fares were lowest in late April and early May 2027 and highest in August, and her Saturday Bermuda trips in the fall were higher again.
These were the lowest fares in each month of 2027 on 3 November 2026:
| Month | Departures | Lowest fare | What sails |
|---|---|---|---|
| January | 3 | $629 | 10-night Caribbean |
| February | 3 | $699 | Caribbean and Bahamas |
| March | 4 | $839 | Caribbean and Bahamas |
| April | 4 | $599 | 7-night Bermuda |
| May | 4 | $599 | 7-night Bermuda |
| June | 4 | $649 | 7-night Bermuda |
| July | 5 | $789 | 7-night Bermuda |
| August | 4 | $839 | 7-night Bermuda |
| September | 3 | $889 | 5-night Bermuda, Canada and New England |
| October | 2 | $989 | Canada and New England, Bermuda |
| November | 4 | $909 | Bermuda, Caribbean |
| December | 3 | $769 | 5-night Bermuda, Caribbean |
In 2028 the Bermuda trips move to Norwegian Gem. On 3 November 2026 Gem's lowest 7-night fare was $899, against $549 for Pearl's. When we wrote this, those sailings were more than a year away, and we cannot say how their fares will move. Our cruise season guide explains what sails in each month.
Are last-minute cruises from Philadelphia cheaper?
We cannot say. Our fare records are too new to show how a Philadelphia fare moves as sailing gets closer, so we will not guess which way yours will go. On 3 November 2026 the lowest fare and the lowest fare per night on the whole schedule both belonged to sailings in the next 60 days, but that is one day's snapshot of different sailings, not a trend.
The last-minute page has every sailing in the next 60 days with the fare we last checked. Comparing it with the cheap cruises page compares different sailings, not one sailing over time.
When can you book a last-minute cruise from Philadelphia?
At any time of year. On the schedule we track, a ship leaves for Bermuda every Thursday from April to August, and Caribbean or Bahamas trips leave every 8 to 10 days from late November to March. When we wrote this on 3 November 2026, every month through October 2028 had at least one departure.
October has the fewest departures, 2 in 2027 and 1 in 2028, so a late booking has the least choice then. The winter Caribbean and Bahamas trips run 8 to 12 nights, so a short-notice booking in winter means a longer trip.
What are Norwegian's payment rules for a last-minute cruise?
Inside 120 days you pay in full when you book. Norwegian's US FAQ, read on 3 November 2026, says payment is required at the time of booking and that only cruises more than 120 days away can be reserved with a deposit. Its cancellation fees start at 119 days before departure and reach 100% at 30 days or less in a standard cabin.
These were the fees on Norwegian's US cancellation page on 3 November 2026, as a share of the cruise fare:
| Days before departure | Club Balcony Suite and below | The Haven, suites and Garden Villas |
|---|---|---|
| 119 to 106 | 25% | 25% |
| 105 to 91 | 25% | 50% |
| 90 to 61 | 50% | 75% |
| 60 to 31 | 75% | 100% |
| 30 or less | 100% | 100% |
The same page says the fees begin as soon as money is applied to the reservation, and that name changes and departure date changes count as cancellations. Read together, a cruise booked 30 days or less before sailing carries the 100% fee from the day you pay. A seller such as Cruisebound may add terms of its own, so read those too.
What does a cruise fare from Philadelphia include?
Every fare on this site is per person, for the cheapest cabin listed, based on two people sharing, with taxes, fees and port expenses included. Norwegian's US FAQ says it has put those into its own advertised prices since 1 July 2024, but some booking pages still show a fare without them.
The gap can be large. Cruisebound's page for Pearl's 29 April 2027 Bermuda trip, read on 3 November 2026, showed the interior fare with and without taxes and fees, and the taxes and fees came to more than the fare without them. Compare totals, not headline fares.
Norwegian's US list of what the fare covers includes the cabin, meals in the complimentary restaurants, regular coffee, tea, iced tea and water, some juices at the breakfast buffet, and the entertainment apart from dinner and lunch theater. Its list of extras includes the service charge, specialty restaurants, alcohol, sodas, spa services, shore excursions, internet access, photos and laundry.
How much do gratuities add to a cheap cruise from Philadelphia?
Norwegian adds a service charge of $20 a day for each guest aged 3 and over in Club Balcony Suites and below, and $25 in The Haven and suites, on bookings made since 1 January 2023, its FAQ said on 3 November 2026. For two people on a 7-night trip in a standard cabin that is $280, by our arithmetic, whatever the fare.
These are the totals for two guests, counting one day per night:
| Trip length | Two guests, standard cabin | Two guests, The Haven or a suite |
|---|---|---|
| 5 nights | $200 | $250 |
| 7 nights | $280 | $350 |
| 8 nights | $320 | $400 |
| 10 nights | $400 | $500 |
| 11 nights | $440 | $550 |
| 12 nights | $480 | $600 |
The FAQ says you can prepay the charge up to 24 hours before sailing. The amount does not shrink with the fare, so it weighs most on the cheapest trips.
Drinks beyond regular coffee, tea, iced tea, water and breakfast juices cost extra, and Norwegian's Free at Sea package carries a daily gratuity of its own. Our all-inclusive guide covers the package and its charges.
What does it cost to get to the cruise terminal in Philadelphia?
If you drive, parking is the main extra. PhilaPort's FAQ, dated 7 October 2026, says there is no passenger parking at the PhilaPort Cruise Terminal and sends drivers to the Clarion Hotel Philadelphia International Airport in Essington, with a complimentary shuttle to the terminal. Norwegian's letter of 7 August 2026 gave the rate as $16 a day per vehicle.
PhilaPort's page no longer prints a rate and asks you to contact the hotel for current prices, and it recommends paying in advance. At the August rate, seven days would be $112, by our arithmetic, so ask the hotel what it charges now and how it counts the days. The parking guide has the details.
If you fly in, PhilaPort says Norwegian sells transfers between Philadelphia International Airport and the terminal, and it asks you to contact Norwegian for prices. The airport guide covers the trip from the airport, and the hotel guide covers the night before.
What should you check before booking a cruise from Philadelphia at short notice?
Check your documents first, because there is little time to replace a passport, and the one-way trips to Quebec City end in Canada. The cruise documents guide covers each case. Then check online check-in, parking and the current fare.
- Online check-in. PhilaPort says check-in through MyNCL must be completed between 21 and three days before the sailing date. If you book later than that, ask Norwegian how to check in.
- Parking. PhilaPort recommends paying the Clarion Hotel in advance, by phone on 610-521-9600 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily.
- The fare. Each fare on this site shows the date we checked it. The seller's page has the current price and cabin.
Does this site sell cheap cruises from Philadelphia?
No. We list starting fares and do not sell cruises, so we cannot hold a price or a cabin. The fare you pay is whatever the seller shows when you book. Some of our fare and hotel links earn a commission, and the affiliate disclosure explains how.
